WE SHOULD VOTE FOR!
I’m an independent citizen and small business owner who, like many of you, wants the basics done right—safe and well-maintained streets, real public safety, more opportunities for local businesses, and a quality of life that makes people want to live and invest in our city for the long haul.
I’m not backed by a political party, big-money PACs, or the social clubs that dominate local endorsements.
So NO, you won’t see my face on glossy mailers alongside career politicians telling you who they think you should vote for.
I’m not tied to backroom deals or political obligations. My only commitment is to you—the everyday citizens who work hard and expect more than the bare minimum from our city.
We deserve more than celebrating the occasional ability to park on the neutral ground during a storm without getting ticketed.
Registered No Party, I’m fiscally conservative and socially conscious. I believe in helping others—but help funded by our tax dollars must come with real accountability. That’s not just a belief, it’s how I run my business. Our slogan? “Accountability is key.” Because it is!
Transparency is what pushed me to run.
Our current District D Councilman voted against a common-sense amendment that would have brought transparency to the formation of mayoral administrations—an amendment designed to reduce corruption, mismanagement, and incompetence. That vote was a vote against progress and accountability.
And let’s be honest—when elected officials campaign for a seat, only to abandon it midstream for a higher-paying office, they’re not putting us first.
If you’re elected to serve—finish the job.
Since my campaign for Mayor in 2021, I’ve remained committed to rebuilding our local economy and creating meaningful job opportunities. Yet, nearly four years later, the core issues impacting our daily lives remain unchanged:
Despite public demand for accountability, our current Councilman voted against a measure designed to introduce transparency in the formation of mayoral administrations—an amendment aimed at reducing corruption, incompetence, and mismanagement.
City Council members are elected to represent the people’s interests.
A vote against transparency is a vote against the people.

TRANSPARENCY and ACCOUNTABILITY BOTH WAYS
I will support any reasonable policy that ensures our Executive Branch pays contractors on time for completed infrastructure projects. Timely payments are not just about fairness—they’re about keeping our roads, bridges, and public systems on track. When we pay promptly, we build trust, drive efficiency, and keep critical projects moving forward for our communities.
I will advocate for the implementation of clear and publicly accessible timelines for all street and infrastructure contracts. These timelines should be accompanied by appropriate incentives for timely completion and meaningful consequences for significant delays, to ensure accountability and efficient project delivery.

For too long, our city has relied heavily on tourism as its primary economic driver—a one-trick pony in an evolving economy. Yet the New Orleans metro area ranks among the top ten regions for entrepreneurship in the United States. This is a clear signal of our untapped potential.
I will advocate for strategic investments and policies that strengthen and expand our local small business ecosystem. By fostering innovation, supporting start-ups, and removing barriers to growth, we can transform New Orleans into a nationally recognized hub for entrepreneurship—diversifying our economy and building a more resilient future.

COMMUNITY POLICING
I will advocate for the expansion of professionally trained community policing programs to support our understaffed police force, particularly in responding to non-life-threatening situations.
Community policing not only builds trust and mutual respect between officers and residents, but also plays a vital role in reducing crime through early intervention, neighborhood engagement, and collaborative problem-solving.
By easing the burden on our frontline officers, we can improve response times, prevent escalation, and foster safer, more connected communities.
An addition, I am currently advocating for the implementation of a citywide fitness initiative aimed at reducing crime, decreasing reliance on hospital services, creating opportunities for local businesses, and enhancing the overall quality of life in our community.

A Healthier City = A Healthier Society
For over 35 years, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of active engagement in personal health. I am currently advocating for the implementation of a citywide fitness initiative aimed at reducing crime, decreasing reliance on hospital services, creating opportunities for local businesses, and enhancing the overall quality of life in our community.
Studies consistently show that increased physical activity is linked to lower rates of chronic disease, improved mental health, and reduced healthcare costs. According to the CDC, just 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week can lower the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. Additionally, communities with accessible fitness programs often experience improved public safety outcomes, as physical activity is associated with lower rates of depression, substance abuse, and youth delinquency. Investing in fitness is not just about health—it’s about building a safer, stronger, and more resilient city.
Women’s and girls' rights are facing escalating challenges globally, including intensified discrimination, weaker legal protections, and diminishing resources for the programs and institutions that uphold and defend their rights.
When I was growing up, there were very few women in leadership roles. It was rare to see women in positions of power or influence, and even rarer to have them as role models. This absence made it harder to imagine what was possible—to see a future where women could lead, make decisions, and shape the world around them. The lack of visible examples made ambition feel like a risk, not a right. That’s why representation matters—because when you see someone like you breaking barriers, it shows you that you can too.
Now that we are witnessing the rise of normalized misogyny, we must stand united to turn human rights, equality, and empowerment into a reality for all women and girls.
To make this happen, I will advocate for programs that teach our daughters business and leadership skills, because confidence is the foundation for success. By investing in the next generation of girls and equipping them with the tools, skills, and belief in themselves, we help change that narrative.
I will work to support and expand access to mentorship, education, and resources that empower our daughters to step into their full potential.
When police officers were putting their lives on the line to arrest carjackers—only to see the same offenders back on the streets the next day with zero accountability,
I STEPPED UP!
When small family businesses and local entrepreneurs were being forced to shut their doors, while big box stores got a free pass,
I STEPPED UP!
When City Hall was being pushed onto the Treme neighborhood without true community input,
I STEPPED UP!
When the mayor was publicly praising a musician who stole money from the library,
I STEPPED UP!
When buildings were literally collapsing from years of neglect,
I STEPPED UP!
One of the greatest challenges for non-career politicians is breaking through the media noise. While we’re out in the community doing the work, traditional politicians are hosting fundraisers and dominating headlines.
Unfortunately, money dictates the narrative. But with your support, we can level the playing field.
